OBAMA SLIPS IN POLL - AT 9:45 A.M. ET:  The president has slipped a bit more in the daily Rasmussen tracking poll on presidential approval.  As of this morning, some 55% of Americans approve of Mr. Obama's job performance, while 43% disapprove.  This is the lowest approval rating the president has registered to date in the Rasmussen survey.
